8月5日 Had A Great Weekend Camping 2 Drumheller & Calgary Zoo:)Hey! Sorry I have not been on here to write a note in awhile. Tuesday I worked. After supper I went with Mom, her lanlord and her soon to be husband to Slyvan Lake for an ice cream and then we sat down and had a yarn. Then I came home and Mom and I watched Big Brother 10 together. Wednesday I worked then went to Walmart with Robie and Mom. Thursday I worked then came home and did some errands and got all reading for camping for the weekend. I watched Big Brother with Mom. Friday I worked then right after work I caught the bus to go camping for the weekend. I was a little scared going on the greyhound with what happened last week. I met a girl in Red Deer and set with her on the bus and chatted with her until we got to Calgary so that was good. Then I had to wait in Calgary for over an hour. From Calgary to Drumheller I had a good ride. I got to Drumheller around 10:50pm and Misty, Daniel, and the boys picked me up from the bus stop. We went to the campground and sat around the campfire for a little bit then went to bed. Friday night was the coldest night camping ever. Between freezing, the loud drunken neighbors, baby crying, coyotes, and the train I never got much sleep. Sat. I got up fairly early and got brace around. We went up in this big Dinasaur that had 103 stairs in it which was pretty cool. Then we walked down town. We went to reptile world and seen some huge snakes and an alligator. Then we went back to the campground and chilled. Then later on that nigt we had a few drinks and sat around the campfire which was nice. We also went to Walmart as well. Sat. night was a lot warmer and I actually slept:) Sunday I got up fairly early and got braced around then we headed to Calgary off to the Calgary Zoo. The Calgary Zoo was really good. Seen a lot of animals for the first time. The animals that I liked the most I would have to say was the giraffe, hippo, and the monkeys:) There was a lot of animals that I had seen that I did not even know they existed. It started thundering while we was there and only rained for a little bit so that was not so bad. There was soo many people there when we first got there. It was a little cramped and had people running me over but later on in the day it cleared out a bit. Then after the zoo we tried to find the Calgary bus depot for me. We drove around and around and finally found it after awhile. I had to say my cyas to Misty, Daniel, and the boys which kinda sucked. My bus ride from Calgary back to Red Deer was good. I met someone else on the bus and had some good conversations. I got home and Mom and RObie was still camping. I cleaned up the whole apartment, unpacked, watched Big Brother and then went to bed. I slept in till 12:10pm cuz Mom woke me up *Lol* I had the day off with pay which was great. I did a few things around here and then went to Walmart with Mom. I wathed The Teen Choice Awards tonight. I am soon headed to bed. I am going to bed soon because I have to get up at 6:45am tomorrow for work. 2morrow I have to work and do a few errands. Had a great weekend with my girl and miss her lots already!
